Chuck Whittall is a developer, speaker, philanthropist, and father based in Orlando, Florida. He is the founder, CEO, and President of Unicorp National Developments.
From humble beginnings, Chuck focused on entrepreneurship early — running a successful lawn business by age 12 before starting a popular teenage nightclub at only 18 years old. Chuck followed his strong interest in construction to venture into the real estate development industry, founding Unicorp and accelerating the company growth through retail developments, town centers, and luxury apartments.
I remember my first business cutting grass. At age 12, I had a philosophy to do it right and cut every lawn as if it’s my own. So no matter what you do, do it right – and as if it’s your own – then, the results will come.
Since founding Unicorp in 1998, Chuck has since been named Developer of the Year in OBJ, a finalist in 2019’s EY Entrepreneur of the Year, and was inducted in the Dick Pope Hall of Fame.
Chuck devotes his free time to speaking engagements, traveling, and giving back to the community. In 2018, he set a record for raising over $400,000 dollars for the American Heart Association in Central Florida; most recently being recognized as their first 2019 Legacy Honoree. From BisNow panels to CREW Networks around the nation, Chuck offers advice and motivation to business-minded individuals from all walks of life.
